one who do hard work clear exam only join railway or any gov service. officer clear upsc. lp,alp,sm,je etc also clear rrb. lp,alp,sm all do sincere hard work. already lots of post vacant in railway which increase burden of work also. and everyone know how private treat staff. how ljn-ndls tejas train hostess kicked out from service after few months

you guys are jealous of gov staff and officers. they do hard work to enter service and do hard work in service. its not that hdfc staff are god and sbi staff are junk fellow. everyone deserve job security. no one like to be kicked out like train hostess of ljn tejas even after doing their job

TBH, sbi staff is worse than railways. pls have accounts in both. try to compare how they treat you as a customer in their branch. you'll find hdfc staff as god in comparison with sbi staff. BTW, job security is governed by customer satisfaction, not simply because you cleared exam and interview(s). Pay to govt. employees is governed by pay commission is another matter. LOL, job satisfaction is probably least important to those demanding job security.
