The meeting was chaired by Mohd. Ziauddin, Upper General Secretary and Permanent Dialogue Mechanism In-charge, on behalf of the railway employees. Union officials from all branches of the ECRKEU in Dhanbad Division raised their respective issues before the Dhanbad Divisional Railway Administration. The discussion included demands such as forming a committee to address the problems of long-term ill employees, making beds available at Patratu Railway Hospital, bringing all employees who contributed to the railways before December 22, 2003, under the old pension scheme from the NPS, stopping the transfer made by Senior DME of the waiting carriage department in HRMS, stopping the appeals of employees who have appealed, ensuring availability of medicines, and providing HRA to all employees unconditionally. Present at the meeting were Central Assistant Minister Om Prakash, Central Organisation Minister Netaji Subhash, Somen Datta, Media In-charge NK Khwas, and Union officials from all branches of the Dhanbad Division, including Sunil Singh, RN Chaudhary, MP Mahto, PK Sinha, BK Sav, BK Dube, IM Singh, RK Singh, BB Singh, Chandan Kumar Shukla, Ajit Kumar, UK Singh, CP Pandey, JK Sav, and Shweta Kumari.
