The allocation for EBR allows the government to delay investments if necessary, but the increase in budgetary support indicates an immediate commitment to spending and capital expenditure.

hue bataya ki GBS is level pe hi rahega. Wahi, total budget 2.6 lakh crore rupees tak badh sakta hai. Pichhle kuchh saalon mein, capital expenditure financing mein GBS ka hissa tezi se badha hai, jaise ki EBR mein girvaat aayi hai. EBR mein Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC), institutional financing, foreign direct investment (FDI), aur public-private partnership jaise sources se loan shamil hain. EBR ke liye allocation, government ko zarurat padne par investment mein der karne ki permission deta hai, lekin budgetary support mein badhaav, immediate spending aur capital expenditure ke prati commitment ka sign hai.
