FYKI , this rajdhani can easily skip both BKSC and ADRA.
If ADRA bypass is not done, then Unnecessary Reversal will be required at ADRA.
Its already bypassing Sambalpur Kind of Big District and DIV HQ Junction to prevent reversal, so ADRA is nothing infront of SBP.
Only thing will matter is whether it halts at PRR or not.

Anara (Satellite station of ADRA) onwards, it can take left turn and then take the Nandan Kanan Express route till GMO.
Its all State related things only. If a Zone is starting a train keeping ONE specific region/areas in mind, then its for that state only.
ECoR proposed this weekly affair keeping in mind about the Western Odisha. Most important objective is providing Western Odisha a rajdhani connectivity, not Bokaro or Jharkhand. Already BBS ANVT weekly clone duronto is running via BKSC. If BKSC needs more train , then better make your political influences strong, and force SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY for more DEDICATED connectivity.

A 'Duronto' with only 64 km/h average with 0 priority in NCR lol
Anyway won't run via BKSC but Adra won't give away its halt of 22811/22812.
Will have to stop either at ANR for LPCP (ridiculous decision by ECoR) or PRR (Any 1 of them)

BKSC is not even a division in itself and even a demand for a train will have to be passed by Adra
20817/20818 will bypass Adra, but stop at ANR for Adra
Adra is one of the few stations which can be bypassed very easily
Will take Rukni - Garhdhrubeshwar bypass line (check on map)

Even if a new Rajdhani is introduced, NCR-ECR mei Rajdhani slot milna boht zyada mushkil hai aur agar JHS hoke chalane ka plan bane to ROU skip ho jayegi. Kuchh bhi ho Dhenkanal and Angul/Talcher Road deserve a stop
Udhar Koderma halt hatne wala hai shayad 22823/22824 or halt Purulia ko mil jayega after PRR KSX Doubling
22823/22824 will become faster by 40 minutes after its route changes between CNI and BKSC
