Well, that happened in Telangana with TRTC. 48k employees were sacked. Anyway, to be fair, govt. will offer VRS to non-workers. for IR, the scale would be high.
That i agree with u...but in most of these kind of pvt labour oriented companies give a salary of Rs. 5000 pm and too much work for 12 to 14 hrs a day and that too in Metro cities . So, how can these people survive in metro cities with 5000 salary with this growing level of mehengayi ka jamana. I know many people in Delhi working in small pvt companies with Rs. 5000 salary in Delhi.
Now this unemployment is all over in all sectors be it Real estate, Automobile sector, Manufacturing sector, Power sector, etc all over even Agriculture is down, Shate markets down...everywhere and in this situation running Pvt trains with flexi-fare is a additional burden...

5000 per month is a joke, agreed. But min. wage for unskilled labour like helper, delivery boys etc. is at least 13000. For skilled, like electrician, wireman, plumber, welder, driver etc. it is much higher. At our sugarcane farms, cane cutters demand 1000 per day!
Pvt. trains will stop unauthorized travel, free travel/food/bed rolls for IR employees and their families. Pvt. trains will also make travellers feel safer without unauthorized vendors and beggars.

Rs 5000 pm salary is a reality man not a joke.....even in metro cities like Delhi, kolkata many persons still earn Rs. 5000 pm salary.
What about Concessions for Cancer patients, Handicapped persons, and other critical ailments patients who travel for treatments? What about Sr. Citizens Concessions?
