i don't know anyone had noticed or not conflict & politics was visible in live telecast..., way back i don't remember time or year may be within last 3-4 years during launch of pslv/gslv tapan mishra was giving his views (after successful launch mission head put their views) he presented his views in hindi & in middle he bluntly looking at someone said kya hua hindi mein bola tho bura laga... that day i got hint something is going around in isro... soon after that he was in news wrt to disagreement on gsat-11 transfer to other division...etc etc....
