As I said, the train only goes through Delhi because the Mathura-Alwar-Rewari-Rohtak-Panipat route doesn't have a lot of passengers. There's a dedicated passenger train at 6:45 am from Mathura, but the Telangana Express is not dedicated and it's usually late.
