Tatkal was in WL and this was WL63.. Then from where did the berths come? Confused !
Two reasons possible here:
1) HEAVY AMOUNT IF CANCELLATION
2) TRAIN RUNNING WITH SE-1
2nd one has less chances

MAS-MTP and MAS-CBE are under the same quota
It could be possiible that there are more number of mas-mtp bookings and hence cancellation of a mas-cbe berth would lead to confirmation of the next waitlisted mas-cbe ticket
