You are right Tabrez but What i want to know that what is the rule for partially waitlisted tatkal tickets.
Name of Partially waitlisted tkt holders will appear on the chart and will be allowed to board the train after contacting the TTE. If the waitlisted pax do not want to travel for them refund can be claimed thru TDR.
Anybody please suggest me whether i should cancel this ticket or to keep it with me.
As i want that all the tickets should confirmed. Please guess if all the tickets will be confirmed or just 2 or 3 passengers will get confirmation.
Please suggest it is very urgent.

In case of E Ticket you can get full refund in respect of WL passangers in a partially confirmed ticket provided wL passanger does not travel and TTE mark this fact in the chart. You need to file TDR with IRCTC.
