Possible interlinking issues, IRCTC has to get the Aadhar data of a person validated from UIDAI site which doesn't seem to have happened...
Apart from SS concession, any subsidies given for SS tickets by IR ?
good quota of dedicated lowerberths is also a kind of subsidy for them
