can anyone explain me strange behavior over of CRIS hre.
Here it says chart prepared where as pnr from previous station is due charting.

Different Quota NDLS onwards; thus chart won't be prepared at source for NDLS onwards.
For this one however, this is a case of BP change where the ticket was booked from a station falling prior to NDLS. Chart got prepared at source.

Then the other PNR would be the reverse. Booking from prior to NDLS with boarding point change to NDLS.
Yours chart got prepared at NDLS while the other PNR had to wait for chart preparation at the origin.
