1) There is no factual evidence that #lowerberthquota is supported for Tatkal Booking.
2) A minimum and maximum of 2 berths per every sleeping coach are always reserved against the abovementioned quota against General Booking. Where from would these extra lower berths would come in for Tatkal cum Lower Berth Quota?
3) This one too should have had confirmed against the abovementioned quota?

citing more than 2 years old data is irrelevant. i agree with you that there is no factual evidence which explicitly suggest #lowerberthquota in Tatkal bookings. Agree on that !

PS:- I do not deny that there is no inside hand in Railways. However, none of the two PNR examples given in the sub post 6 of your above mentioned link can suggest the presence of #lowerberthquota in TaTKAL!!
