विषय: जबलपुर रायपुर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस (route decided: वाया नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया दुर्ग) और जबलपुर रायपुर एक्सप्रेस (जबलपुर चंदा फोर्ट एक्सप्रेस को बंद करके & route not dedicated)

Condition 1: जबलपुर रायपुर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस वाया नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया दुर्ग होकर चलती है तो जबलपुर रायपुर एक्सप्रेस वाया कटनी,शहडोल, अनूपपुर, उसलापुर होकर चलाई जाएं और दुर्ग तक चले या नैनपुर सिवनी छिंदवाड़ा नागपुर गोंदिया दुर्ग या इटारसी अमला छिंदवाड़ा सिवनी नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया दुर्ग होकर चले।

Condition 2: अगर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस फेल हुई तो जबलपुर रायपुर एक्सप्रेस को वाया नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया दुर्ग होकर चलाई गई और जबलपुर रायपुर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस को वाया कटनी शहडोल अनूपपुर उसलापुर या नैनपुर सिवनी छिंदवाड़ा नागपुर गोंदिया या इटारसी अमला छिंदवाड़ा सिवनी नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया होकर चले।

Condition 3: अगर दोनो ही ट्रेनें में चलाने का प्लान है चुकी शहडोल के पहले से ही 26 ट्रेनें चल रही है और बिलासपुर मंडल न बोल देता है तो किसी एक ट्रेन को वाया नैनपुर सिवनी छिंदवाड़ा नागपुर गोंदिया या इटारसी अमला छिंदवाड़ा सिवनी नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया दुर्ग होकर चलाई गई

Condition 4: Extension : अगर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस फेल हुई और अगर नैनपुर बालाघाट गोंदिया होकर चलती है तो इसको बीना तक विस्तार हो ,अगर शहडोल होकर चले तो इटारसी तक विस्तार हो। रीवा तक करना ठीक नहीं क्यूंकि डॉक्यूमेंट में रीवा बिलासपुर एक्सप्रेस को दुर्ग तक विस्तार करने का भी प्रस्ताव है।

Condition 5: अगर जबलपुर रायपुर एक्सप्रेस वाया कटनी शहडोल अनूपपुर उसलापुर होकर चलती है और वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस फेल होती है तो भले ही टाइम ज्यादा लगे जबलपुर रायपुर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस को इटारसी, अमला, छिंदवाड़ा, सिवनी, नैनपुर, बालाघाट, गोंदिया,दुर्ग होकर चलाना होगा और कुछ स्टॉपेज भी बड़े।

ये है कुछ conditions जबलपुर रायपुर एक्सप्रेस की ट्रेनों को लेकर।
