Yo, so basically, the Lallaguda crew had to step in with their WAG-9HC when the WAP-7 of the Mandovi Express broke down. This ended up making the train arrive at Karmali Railway Station hella late, like 2 ½ hours late, all 'cause the Ajni WAP-7 failed near Madgaon Jn. They had to bring in the WAG-9HC to save the day after being stranded at Majorda Jn. for almost 2 hours. This train is one of the few still using the old-school EMD Traction in Konkan Railways, while the down Train (10103) is also using a similar Diesel Engine. Supposedly, they were gonna switch to AC Traction from 08/10/2022, but looks like they're still rolling with EMD 'cause maybe they're short on Electric Locomotives.

I've been keeping an eye on the CSMT - MAJN Express (12133) or the rocket express for the last year, and it finally got to Karmali on time for once on 12th January 2024. Usually, it's always late by 40-70 minutes. Plus, a fancy RA (Saloon) Coach was added that day, maybe some important VIP railway official was on board, explaining the special treatment.

Kisi saal se CSMT - MAJN Express (12133) aka rocket express ka picha kar raha tha aur aakhir mein apne samay par Karmali pahunch gaya ek din (12/01/2024) kam se kam anyatha hamesha ki tarah vyavdhan 40-70 minute se adhik hota hai. Us din uske saath RA (Saloon) Coach joda gaya tha shayad koi mahatvapurna VIP railway adhikari safar kar rahe the jo ek aur wajah ho sakta hai.
