Lies on Lucknow - Gorakhpur route. The only express train that stops here is Avadh Express. The station is notable because Swami Narayan Temple is couple of kms from here. The access road to the station could do with a bit of work.

Few major points under this scheme.
1-Approach roads will be bigger and drainage system will be better.
2-Escalators/Lift can be provided at NSG1-4 station depending upon number of passengers.
3-Pf length will be increased
4-Building will be constructed in such a way that it represent to famous, religious, historical places in the city.
5-Work will be done in 2 years with an estimated cost of 10-20Cr.
6-5g connectivity will be enhanced and LED screen will be provided in waiting rooms.
