This Journey happened in the month of January 2020, on my way to Chennai, I split my journey in Trichy, since I couldn't manage a confirmed ticket from Madurai itself. With the Trichy - Chennai journey ticket successfully booked in Night rider Rockfort Express; I explored the options to reach Trichy. Initially wanting to do a bus Journey in one of those non-stop buses, I ditched the idea after returning from Vaigai River bridge, due to the extreme heat.
