Funny thing happened when going from LKO-Amausi. Both UP and DN Memu's were stopped at a railway crossing because the crossing couldn't be closed due to heavy traffic. Some bus driver had even lodged his vehicle right in the middle, leading to furthur complications. This lead to more chaos and couple of more trains were left standing as I saw at Amausi. This was happening only a few minutes before the NDLS bound Shatabdi was supposed to pass via that route.Eithercase, this station lies on Lucknow - Kanpur route, ~5 kms from Lucknow Airport and metro station.
