Have been Tracking CSMT - MAJN Express (12133) aka rocket express for the past 1 year and finally it reached Karmali on time for one day (12/01/2024) at least otherwise regular delay is always more than 40-70 minutes. Also, RA (Saloon) Coach was attached to it that day may be an important VIP railway official could be traveling that might be also a reason for the priority.
