Railways have decided to eliminate the stoppages of special train No.01301 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – KSR Bengaluru Special as per the request of State Government of Karnataka in view of Covid-19 pandemic.
Train No. 01301 will not halt at Yelhanka Jn., Bengaluru East and Bengaluru Cant. with effect from Journey commencing on 24.7.2020.
If it is not going to stop at Bangalore east and cantonment, why it is going via these stations? From YNK, it can take YPR route and reach SBC by 7 AM. Atleast one hour journey time is saved.
