Cancellation /Patial Cancellation / Regulation of Certain Trains due to Traffic Block on Secunderabad-Mudkhed Section
South Central Railway will impose a Traffic Block for launching of RCC Boxes for Limited Height Subways (LHS) in lieu of few Unmanned Level Crossings on Secunderabad – Mudkhed Section of Hyderabad Division o­n 4th , 11th and 16th October, 2015. As a result, the following trains will be cancelled / partially cancelled / rescheduled / regulated as detailed below:-

No.57502 Bodhan-Mirzapalli Passenger will be partially cancelled between Nizamabad-Mirzapalli.
2)Tr. No. 57503 Mirzapalli-Bodhan Passenger will be partially cancelled between Mirzapalli and Nizamabad.
3)Tr. No.57561 Kacheguda-Manmad, scheduled to depart Kacheguda at 4:50 hrs, will be regulated for 2 hrs and 50 minutes between Kacheguda and Sirnapalli stations.
4)Tr. No.57594 Nanded-Mudkhed Passenger will be regulated for 2 hrs 30 mts between Mudkhed and Indalvai stations.
5)Tr. No. 57601 Kacheguda-Nizamabad Passenger, scheduled to depart Kacheguda at 06:00 hrs, will be regulated for 1 hr 50 mts. between Kacheguda and Sirnapalli stations.
6)Tr. No. 17639 Kacheguda-Akola Intercity Express, scheduled to depart Kacheguda at 7:30 hrs, will be regulated for 1 hr 20 mts. between Kacheguda and Sirnapalli stations.
7)Tr. No.18509 Visakhapatnam-Nanded Express will be regulated for 20 minutes
II) Cancellation, Partial Cancellation, Rescheduling and Regulation of Trains o­n 11th October, 2015 (Sunday):
1)Tr. No. 57687 Nizamabad-Kacheguda Passenger, scheduled to depart Nizamabad at 14:15 hrs, will be cancelled.
2)Tr. No. 57688 Kacheguda-Nizamabad Passenger, scheduled to depart Kacheguda at 18:55 hrs, will be cancelled.
3)Tr. No.57502 Bodhan-Mirzapalli Passenger will be partially cancelled between Kamareddi and Mirzapalli stations.
4)Tr. No.57503 Mirzapalli-Bodhan Passenger will be partially cancelled between Mirzapalli and Kamareddi stations.
5)Tr. No.57593 Medchel – Nanded Passenger, scheduled to depart at 15:10 hrs, will be rescheduled to depart at 17:40 hrs.
6)Tr. No.17640 Akola-Kacheguda Intercity Express will be regulated for 70 mts. between Mudkhed and Talmadla stations.
7)Tr. No.57562 Manmad-Kacheguda Passenger will be regulated for 30 mts. between Mudkhed and Talmadla stations.

హైదరాబాద్ : హైదరాబాద్ జోన్‌లో జరుగుతున్న రైల్వే పనులను పరిశీలించడానికి సోమవారం దక్షిణమధ్య రైల్వే జనరల్ మేనేజర్ పీకే శ్రీవాత్సవ రాష్ట్రంలోని జిల్లాల్లో పర్యటించనున్నారు. ఎంఎంటీఎస్ రెండోదశ పనులు, గోదావరి నదీ పుష్కరాల కోసం తలపెట్టిన ఏర్పాట్లను ఆయన పరిశీలిస్తారు. ఉదయం 10 గంటలకు మేడ్చల్ రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌కు, 10.35కు బ్రాహ్మణపల్లికి, 11.20కు అక్కన్నపేట్, మద్యాహ్నం 12 గంటలకు కామారెడ్డి, ఒంటి గంటకు నిజామాబాద్, రెండు గంటలకు బాసర రైల్వేస్టేషన్‌కు ఆయన చేరుకుంటారని రైల్వే అధికారులు ఆదివారం ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు.

Foundation stone was laid for the construction of a new Railway line between Medak and Akkannapet by Smt. Sunita Laxma Reddy, Minister, Govt.of AP and Smt.Vijaya Shanthi, Member of Parliament, Medak, at a function held at Medak on 19th January, 2014.
Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, Minister for Railways ,could not participate in the function to lay the foundation stone as planned earlier as the helicopter arranged to ferry the Minister from Gulbarga to Medak could not take off due to a technical snag in the last minute.

Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, Railway Minister, conveyed his greetings and wishes to the people of Medak area on the occasion of the commencement of works on this New Rail Line Project, which fulfils a long pending demand of the local people. Also, he later enquired about the program conducted from the General Manager/South Central Railway
While welcoming the participants, Shri P.K. Srivastava, General Manager, South Central Railway, said that though Medak is an important town situated near to the Capital City, it has so far not been connected by rail. Commencement of works on Medak-Akkannapet railway line would realize the long cherished dream of the people of Medak area. The 17.2 Km long line, sanctioned in 2012 Railway Budget, is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 129.3 Cr. It is targeted to complete this work within a period of two years. It is heartening to note that Government of Andhra Pradesh has agreed to share 50% of the cost of this project and also to provide land free of cost, he added.
