Train No 09001 Mumbai Central-Mangaluru Junction (weekly) special train on special fare will leave from Mumbai Central at 11.15 p.m. on August 23 and August 30.
It will reach Mangaluru Junction at 7.30 p.m. the next day. Train No 09002 Mangaluru Junction-Mumbai Central (weekly) special train on special fare will leave Mangaluru Junction at 10.30 p.m. on August 24 and August 31. It will reach Mumbai at 6.25 p.m. on the next day.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF TRAINS
In connection with the pre non interlock work from 08th June, 2017 to 11th June, 2017 and non interlock work on 12th June, 2017 for commissioning of double line between Bhanapur - Koppal stations of Hosapete – Hubballi section of Hubballi Division, the following trains are partially cancelled/regulated/rescheduled.

Doubling of 12.2 km long section between 2 consecutive stations shall help a lot to increase sectional capacity, speed up trains.
I have a doubt, can you please clarify. "Interlocking" is related to signalling and track switchover work etc... right? So why is it called non-interlocking?
The Railways has revised the arrival time of Train No 16575 Yeshwantpur-Mangaluru Junction Gomateshwara Tri-weekly Express to 4.55 p.m. from 5.30 p.m. with effect from June 6. Thus, the journey hours between Yeshwantpur and Mangaluru Junction get reduced from 10.30 hours to about 10 hours.
This comes after the revision of the arrival time of Train No 16515 Yeshwantpur-Karwar Tri-weekly Express at Mangaluru Junction. Meanwhile, a release from Southern Railway here said that Train No 16515 Yeshwantpur-Karwar Express would leave here for Karwar at 5.55 p.m. instead of at 6.10 p.m., henceforth.
Why 1 hour halt at Majn for Karwar Exp, least preference for this train.
Railways advances its timing to 4.55 p.m. from 5.40 p.m.
The Railways has revised the arrival timing of the Yeshwantpur-Karwar tri-weekly Express at Mangaluru Junction to 4.55 p.m. from the current 5.40 p.m., a reduction of 45 minutes in journey hours.
The revised timings will come into effect from June 7, said a communique from South Western Railway here.
Train Nos. 16515/516 were diverted
But what about departure time at majn.
They mentioned same tt from majn to kawr. This means pax will have more than a hour at majn, what a waste of time.
Instead of that let they cancel this train between majn and kawr as it goes almost empty from majn to kawr. And let gomateshwara express run daily instead of tri weekly express
