The main city connectivity is to Shajapur. You will get the first bus to the district at 7 am and the last bus leaves after Jabalpur-Somnath (popularly known as "Rajkot"). This last bus is overloaded in summers. Better option would be to catch Mysore/Chennai/Coimbtore-Jaipur Express from Bhopal to get a seat in the bus.
In case you cannot avoid reaching here in night, you have no choice but to stay night at the station which gets very cold in winters. An alternate would be to get down at Ujjain Station which is 1 Hour from Berchha.
