Reservation Counters are open from 08:00 hours to 22:00 hours. (8AM to 10PM). It is outside the Main station building. You need to take a token from Counter 2 (Enquiry Counter) and follow the display board and proceed to the respective window where your token number is called for. Please ensure that the Enquiry Counter Clerk writes the Token number on the Requisition Form as well otherwise your Requisition won't be entertained even if you have token. BHIM/UPI/Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.
