complain on IRCTC X and RailMadad App and Railway Min X handle
Used 1-2 years back & complained then too, still no change. Complained to the RMA Associates incharge there, he seemed to be just not interested. It actually needs deep cleaning. Full of stains in all corners. Other lounges like Delhi, Jaipur, Madurai, Howrah, Ahmedabad are maintained much much better.
Exit from pf.1 and go to the main auto stand.Taj mahal and bijli ghar are at Rs20 per person

i think you r talking about isbt tp nagar?? from where anyone can get buses for delhi, mathura, gurgaon, noida/delhi(via y exprswy), and for almost all the cities in uttar pradesh...

where is board??? i have never seen... there is one separate workshop adjacent to cng station whose board says agra fort workshop, which is transffered from agra fort to tp nagar.

if u have time(min. 1 hr) then u can go sadar market(saudagar lines),just 2 kms from AGC... where u can find good reasonable snacks, south indian, chinese, veg, non-veg... there are many good eating points, ice-creame parlours,bakeries,ccd... a very good place to enjoy..
can any one say abt retiring rooms available in agrafort station if yes thn are thr any ac and wat the condition of teh room as i wil be staying with my family for 1 nyt... and are thy easily available after reaching the station... w8ing for replies
YES rooms available, But its tough to get room by reaching at station, You need to adwance booking

Yes not only Taj Mahal but actually prepaid counter rates are costlier for almost all destinations.

Can you tell me if the rooms have Western type toilets? I am planning a short trip where I plan to stay about 24 hours in Agra. Thinking of booking a retiring room but all rooms including Deluxe and Ordinary are shown to have Indian toilets only. That is a big problem for my parents. Any help in this regard would be great.
The AC dormitory has western toilets. Can't say about deluxe/ordinary rooms. For that, you may rely on the info given at IRCTC tourism.
