Vellore Cantonment railway station (in Vellore - Villupuram Line) is the nearest station to reach the attached main places.
Other then KATPADI Junction as main connectivity, VELLORE Cantonment also an optional station to reach these attached places.
Currently this station has few good Express/Passenger halting train connectivity as well as good Auto/taxi/bus/Hotel connection in walk able distance.

Agree KPD has better connection, but since the shortest route from KPD probably has to be via VLR, I thought I will have it for VLR. Maybe I will put up a tip for KPD as well.
