EXCELLENT BUT KINDLY MENTION THE ACCESIBILITY OF REACHING EVERY SIGHT.
You can book vehicle from your hotel if you are going to stay. For day time visit, you can easily get the Jungle Safari Jeep/SUV/MPV/Sedan/Hatchback from the monument site (main Temples) and don't remember to bargain.
1 & 3 can be covered in one trip (30-35 kms away), 2 & 3 are about 18-20 kms away from Temples site and are located in dense forest, but one need not to warry about safety b'coz security is tight at Raneh fall.

ANY PRE BOOKING IN PANNA TIGER RESERVE LIKE JIM CORBETT NATIONAL PARK
I don,t have any idea about online booking, you can check in mponline or MP tourism portel. but one can get Jungle Safari Gypsy and ticket very easily at the Mandla gate (closest to Khajuraho). Seating capacity is 6 person +1 driver + 1 Guide (Compulsory) and the charge is around 2500-3000 INR depending on season. Two trips (morning and evening) are available.
There is one more think to enjoy at this place. You can also stay in village like houses and taste 100% Bundelkhandi style dishes, which are getting popular nowadays among tourists, particularly foreign ones. These eco-village are not costly and may be booked by tour operators. They also have some packages with sightseeing.

seems tough as it is having Rake sharing with Jhansi-Howrah Express....both need to extend upto Khajuraho via Mahoba

I'm not from Khajuraho...aur MP/MLA ko sujhav dekar koi fayda nahi hai....Bundelkhand area se saare chote-mote (chirkute) neta hai...koi Kaddavar neta nahi hai iss area se.
