Avoid those fancy prepaid cabs because they charge a bomb. Stick to regular cabs, but make sure to ask if they're gonna use the meter. If they say no, ditch them and find another cab. Trust me, you'll eventually find one willing to go by the meter, even at 3 am.

Yo, listen up! Dadar is where the Central and Western train lines meet. You can switch between them using a footbridge. The Central Line station is called Dadar Central (DR) and the Western Line station is called Dadar Western (DDR). There's a sick air-conditioned waiting hall and some chill second-class waiting halls at Platform 8. You can grub out at the good restaurants and food stalls there. Plus, there's a cloak room right next to the entrance! Dadar Terminus is a part of the Central Line station. Check it - Platforms 7 and 8 on the CR side are the last stops. You can catch or get off trains here that start/end at Dadar. For example, there's the 12051 Dadar-Madgoan Janshatabdi and the 12163 Dadar-Chennai on the Central Line. On the Western Line, there's the 12490 Dadar to Bikaner and the 12990 Dadar to Ajmer Express that go in and out of Dadar.
