Yo, so I've been to TPJ early morning (~3.30AM) and here's what I found:
- As soon as you step outside the station, there's a ton of autos waiting. And let me tell ya, they gave me a decent price to take me to a place that was 9 kms away (I double checked with the hotel team and the rate was even cheaper than OLA auto, which I tried using the app). I gotta say, these auto guys were reliable and safe. Didn't see any prepaid auto booths though.
- There were also plenty of taxis around, including the famous Fast Track.
- Overall, I'd say it's pretty safe to travel during odd hours from the station.
I didn’t really check out the bus options, 'cause I had a bunch of luggage with me. So can't say much about that.
