If you want to travel in between Barddhaman and Bankura, you can use Sehara Bazar as a transit point. 4 pairs of DEMU trains run daily in between Masagram and Bankura via Sehara Bazar. Distance in between Sehara Bazaar and Barddhaman is only 15KM by road with ample of bus services available (As frequent as 10-15mnts gap only). Many travellers in between BWN and BQA prefer this route.
Toto charges are anywhere between 10 to 20 rupees per person depending upon distance. Kindly, bargain to actual price if you seem to get overcharged.
Platform arrangement is like PF2, PF1, PF3. Don't get confused with the numeric order. PF 3 is the newest addition.
