So going by this example all SER LHB trains should have all TATA/SRC/BNDM links updated

Yes all SER train have SRC or TATA and now as there is loco shortage in SRC so sometimes HWH and SDAH is used but BNDM has very less amount of locos which are bound to HTE or TATA or ROU CDO based trains but all NWR based trains which are hauled by diesel locos still now uses BGKT EMDs as WDM-3A or WDM-3D from ABR are almost withdrawn from mainline services and sometimes rarely TKD is also used.
