Why? Last I remember it wasn't mandatory for the train board to be visible.
Now check box system has been discarded n identification is must for Train / station/ Loco etc

It has been there since long. A reference entry /timeline/entry/5440283 for the rejection
So humans should not be visible in a public domain, such as trains and/or railway stations. I should go to the yard next time I suppose.

A poll in TLMs Forum taken on Aug 03 2020 clearly finalized that Images With people Clearly Visible shouldnt be updated.
Now My Suggestion -
If you have only one image where people faces are visible but you want to update blur the face and upload and update and if people are near surrounding not obstructing the main focus of TB/SB and Loco...

Qaabile tarif bhai..yahi standard hai ab IRI ka..mod ne aisa koi rule nahi laya..ladies ho toh thik tha par ab toh sab manmarzi ho rahi..man toh bahoot kuch kahene aur karne ka hai par time waste hoga is mai..

Having rules and regulations in place is a different thing. But absurdity naam ki bhi koi chiz hoti hai. Trains aur railway station ki photos mein log nahi dikhne chahiye.. kya logic hai iss baat ka?
