For RailFans, seeing RAC-1/2/3 in Mumbai-UP Trains is more exciting than Election Results - rdb

The room at Rajkot jn. retiring room is big enough & not dirty. Bedding is clean & comfortable. Washrooms are just okay, but hot water for bathing is available. The room & washroom were not cleaned during my 48 hour stay. There's a refreshment hall on PF 1, but it's far away. On the other side of the road outside the station, there are eateries that serve parathas & subji & 2 restaurants are also there. The cons are that it's too noisy & you won't sleep well due to the honking of loco & humming of EMDs. Cost is 500/24 hrs (non-AC) & 600/24 hrs (AC).

Rajkot jn. ka retiring room - Room bada aur safai waala hai.
Bedding - Saaf aur comfortable.
Washroom - Theek thak hai, bardaasht ke layak. Nahane ke liye garam paani uplabdh hai.
Safai - Room aur washroom tho saaf the lekin mere 48 ghante ke stay ke dauran ek baar bhi saaf nahi kiya gaya.
Khana - PF 1 ke ek refreshment hall me khaana uplabdh hai lekin wo Veraval end tak hai. Station ke saamne ki road ke saamne parathas aur subji serve karne wale kuch dukhaan hai. Iske alava 2 restaurants bhi vaha hai.
Nukshan:
Bahut shor hai. Loco aur EMDs ka honking aapko achi neend nahi dene dega.
Kharch - 500/24 ghante (non ac), 600/24 ghante (AC).
