Few years back this train use to run non stop between KATIHAR and PRAYAGRAJ JUNCTION😍😍😍I have traveeled few times on this train when it halts only for few minutes in PATNA JN, DDU for staff change... And sometimes even it skips patna jn🙌🙌...

Hm toh mostly right time utre hai NJP-KNE iss train se... Ha kuch month affected rehta hai
are jab start hui thi. us time ki baat kar rahe hain. us time PSK to SF thi lekin BSK biweekly thi aur M/E thi. baad me BSK daily hui aur SF

It is having 2 Sleeper Class Coaches and 2 General Class coaches for low category passengers who cannot afford to pay the expenses towards their own travel and want subsidy from government for bear the travel expenses for those.

As per this article of Hindustan Times, 2501/2502 Guwahati - New Delhi Purvottar Sampark Kranti express used to run via Malda Town - Jamalpur - Mughalsarai route when it was introduced. Then it was made triweekly & diverted via Katihar - Barauni -Mughalsarai route W.E.F 01/07/2006.
Very pathetic decision it was😞
