अब तक चार्ट बन जाना चाहिए था लेकिन अगर अभी तक नहीं बना है तो यह जल्दी ही बन जायेगा क्योकि इस गाड़ी का हैदराबाद से छूटने का समयभी होने वाला है कृपया थोड़ी देर धीरज रखे

I went to book ticket for this train on 6/4/10 at mytrivanam reservation counter but they told that ther is NO special train on Friday from secuderabad to visakhapatnam. could you help me?
You are correct. IRCTC is not allowing 0748, but 0747 is figuring in the Special Trains List of indiarail.gov.in .. Funny !!!

The reservation has to be fed into mother terminal of Ecor which is in SER headquarters.
The correspondence between SCR to ECOR and from ECOR to SER on the pattern of coaches to be fed into mother terminal is getting undue delay.
SER or ECOR never attaches importance to trains run upto VSKP whereas train to thier destinations...
