Once upon a time, ERS homed locomotive rules SRR-MAQ section. Slowly it was invaded by EMDS of GOC and ED. Still ERS had its presence. Post electrification, the era of ERS is slowly coming to an end. With most of the passenger train moving to electric loco, ERS spotting has become rare. And was lucky to spot ERS with Mangalore Kozhikode Passenger. But last week, this train also moved to electric.
