After chart preparation for Journey Date 22-April, HO quota is showing 48 Seats available in SL class and 8 seats in Defence and I got RAC tickets, how can it possible?
If they have not utilized HO quota then it should be credited to General SL class, Am I correct? And I should get a confirm ticket,

Then how to utilize those HO/Defence and Tatkal Quota ticket, after Chart preparation, is there any request need to feel to Station Master/TTE.

if there are vaccent seats after chart preparation sir those seats will be allocated to RAC passengers making their ticket conformed. WL passengers need to consult the TTE. If E ticket then no chance sir as the ticket will be automatically cancelled during chart preparation
