What is the benefit of rack standardization when they are not able to arrange a temporary RSA with another train for just a couple of runs so it can back on it's own time table.

With just 1 First AC and 1 Second AC coach spare coach will be required and they can arrange RSA with Dakshin Express as well..

Express is just an example, there are many many daily and weekly trains for Hyderabad Deccan Nampally(HYB) base and they should work for arranging a spare rack instead of rescheduling a particular train again and again.

they can actually plan RSA at NZM/NDLS side without touching the HYB side.

as Dakshin has huge TAT both sides...even if it gets delayed on NDLS side ... it's departure doesn't...
more...
effect on HYB side ...in the other case 12724 will depart on time with 12721 rake after it's arrival at NZM ..

not sure why they are not planning like this ..may be shunting from NZM tp NDLS problem
