the Haripriya Express train which runs between Tirupati & Kolhapur badly requires a PANTRY car. The distance between the two stations is covered in 21 hours . The path of the train is such that most of the important stations enroute do not have anything to eat on the platform. Most of the stations are dry, reason is that only few trains travel from Kolhapur via Miraj, Londa, Hubli, Bellary as result nothing is available on stations. Passengers alight on the station hoping to get something to eat but nONE. A pantry car in this train is definitely required.
I agree with your point that Haripriya needs Pantry car, But you may be wrong on telling MRJ,LD,UBL BAY as dry... recently I have travelled in this train from RU, u get good breakfast at your seat windows by platform vendors at HPT, GDG UBL and LD... u can also enjoy bhel at ghatprabha...
