There's a cloak room at both PTK and PTKC. Not sure about the retiring rooms. If you're getting off at PTKC, you can catch share autos (Rs 30) to reach PTK. I arrived at 4 am and saw tons of those autos waiting outside. The main bus stand in PTK is just a 2 min walk from the railway station, and a few autos can drop you off there. Nupur road railway station is not well-known, so instead, hop on any bus heading towards Nagrota, Dharamshala, Palanpur, etc., and get off at a place called JASSUR or Jassur cross. This is a really famous junction and it takes about 45 mins from Pathankot bus stand. NUPR is a 5 min walk from there.

Yo, at 5 am, there were hella buses. So I'm guessing there will still be a bunch at those hours too. And there are also a ton of overnight buses that go to Dharamshala and Baijnath, they pass through Pathankot around 3-4 am to get to Dharamshala by 7 am. You can hop on one of those instead of the buses that start from Pathankot. Just remember not to ask for Nurpur because Nurpur town is like another 8-10 km away from Jassur. Some local buses make a stop at SBI Jassur, which is one stop before Jassur cross, and the railway station is just a quick 1 min walk across the road.

Subah 5 baje bahut saari buses thi, toh guess karke soch raha hu ki usi waqt bhi kaafi hogi. Aur raat ke buses bhi hai jo Dharamshala aur Baijnath jaane ke liye Pathankot se guzar jati hai, subah 3-4 baje nikal ke Dharamshala subah 7 baje pahunchti hai. Pathankot se start hone wale buses ke alawa aap ismein bhi travel kar sakte ho. Bas yaad rakho ki Nurpur ke liye puchna nahi, kyunki Nurpur town Jassur se aur 8-10 kilometer door hai. Kuch local buses SBI Jassur pe rukavat deti hai, jo Jassur cross se ek stop pe hai aur railway station bas sadak cross karke 1 min ki paidal yatra hai.
