That too whenever he gives food, asks us to return plates immediately and thinking I am sitting for his convenience. One has to finish dinner in 10 mins kind of thing is his urgency.. If we late he scolds... It seems he serves me free of cost... Do I pay and go in trains to get scold from him???? Atleast me is fine, others in my coach are just left him without beating or throwing him out of the train.. Rest of the condition, I leave for your imagination...

there is complaint register avilable with pantry manager , do it if u enconuter this problem again , since this incident happeend sonme tiem ago , sent yr complaint to western railway , gen manager , quoting yr ticket particuar, coach and class

sanghimangi yesss trueee. i had returned after two days in BCT-NZM August Kranti Raj in 3A class. That was very good compared to Mum Raj. I found the 3A to be far better than 3A of Mum Raj.

Very true! Same i experienced this. He asked me the flask of hot water. When i denied to return so early he was like that why didnt i return. as if we are beggers and given food just like that

No one scold anybody, but the way the caterer behaves, the attitude and treatment from the caterer matters... When we ask of something, he does not respond, how it feels for passenger who over-paid for compulsory food in Rajdhanis??? Before you get-up from the bed (here I say 5:55 am), the caterer serves water and Tea bags, and when you come by 6:15 am after brush and toilet, he takes away tea cups and hot-water, what you will feel? This is just an example of horrible experience we had. The previous night, he gave snacks late at 6 and soup at 6:30 and dinner at 7:00. He was so furious when we did not have dinner till 7:30 and said, we can return food plates food only after 8. You please tell me, how can I adjust my routine for the will of the caterer?

That is the exact word "beggers" that the caterers think of passengers. They should realize that we have over-paid for our compulsory meal since we dont have any other options. Rather than service, now it had become, exploiting the situation and looting people money in Rajdhanis. Mumbai Rajdgani is worst flagship for IR IMAO.

Sealdah Rajdhani staff is good?? what a fine joke !!
There is a vast gap of attitude between the staff of Howrah Raj and Sealdah Raj.
Howrah Raj, everyone is courteous and cool. But in Sdah Raj, all gundas and cheap staff.

Then do something about it, atleast go and complain at the online portal. If possible, get the names of the people and complain at the station. Heck, just tweet the Railway Minister about it.
