Yes they do. Apart from that you have DC where you can go and eat the way you do in a hotel.
No Sir, the orders will be taken and delivered at your seat. DC is added attraction, something different.
They will both serve at your seat. But as Soumitra sir said, Dining car is something extraordinary. Must have Chicken Cutlet. its awesome.

Pantry car not indicated between C4 and D3. That's currently there, but as per yesterday's post from me, soon there will be a Dining car in its place.
If you plan to enjoy the route whilst travelling by this train,do so only if you have a confirmed seat preferably a Window one.
A major issue with the train is that it is filled with loads of daily passengers.These people have designated spots for themselves in the train.These include the space near the doors and even the vestibules.They don't let anyone open the door nor do they let anyone stand near the door thereby restricting any door plating.

No Daily commuter takes reserved seat.
