Yo, this is the deal for tickets:
AC First Class costs 20 bucks + GST and AC Chair Car costs 15 bucks + GST. They'll only give you a ticket if they check and confirm your papers first.
As for luggage, you can bring up to 35 kg for a full fare passenger and 20 kg for a kid. You can split it between two pieces of luggage, but they gotta be below 65cm x 80cm so they can scan them easy.

Luggage -
Free allowance for luggage of 35 kg per full fare passenger and 20 kg per child ticket passenger, for all classes. The free allowance can be carried in up to two pieces of luggages. The dimensions of the luggage shall not exceed 65cm x 80cm, in view of the limitations of the scanners in use.
