The train from Jaipur to Delhi is really nice, but the problem is that if you try to book a ticket just 2-3 days before, there's a chance you won't get a confirmed ticket. (This is for Jaipur to New Delhi.) Here's what you can expect on the train: 1. When you get on the train, they'll give you a welcome drink (nimbu paani). 2. At around 6:20 pm, they'll serve snacks. You'll get a sandwich, samosa/kachori, namkeen (salty snacks), soan cake, and a coffee/tea kit. 3. After leaving Bandikui, they'll give you soup and bread sticks at around 7:10 pm. 4. Around 8:00 pm, after leaving Alwar, dinner will be served. You'll get rice, dal (lentils), paneer/chicken, 3 rotis (Indian flatbread), dahi (yogurt), and ice cream for dessert. 5. The food quality is better than average.
