Just after/during departure of train from Pune, some men will come to take order for dinner. Veg thali cost will be 130 rs. Please DON'T order that. He will claim that he is pantry guy but he/they is/are not. The food will be 2 roti, rice, dal & so called mix veg with potato (that also without peeled) in majority and a pickle & salt sachet. He will give you your order within around 15 mins, that also totally cold. You will regret paying 130 after just one bite. The pantry guys come to take order some where just before Daund and after Daund they provide food. Their rate of thali is 120 rs containing the standard meal across IR network. 40 rs veg b/f also which contain some 2-3 potato finger chips and some boiled peas. B/F of this train is good. Worth trying.

Daund halt is 20min atleast. Purchase the food items, dinner etc. As Daund Station has got much better fooding facility than Pune Even

* Do all the purchasings of Snacks, Buiscuits etc from Pune Daund or Manmad only if dont wish to depend on Pantry guy as after this there would be no such things to purchase before Nagpur n all due to early morning arrival at Akola Badnera. Badnera pf wont be having too much opened stalls at the time.
