2 RPFs per coach were there. They were flashing torchlights outside when the train was moving slowly due to want of clearance or obeying a PSR/TSR or before entering for halt at a station. Also time and again, they advise passengers to close the window. Security has been beefed up in view of recent crimes near JTJ.

Sudarshan~ 7227 blog postsPhone Charging outlets are present in all sleeper class coaches at each LB. Very neat & comfortable berths.
This train has a total of 6 rakes (running alone), a total of 78 SL class coaches, I am not sure if this tip is valid for all of them.

Raghu V~ 3076 blog postsIf you cannot open the toilet doors from outside, assuming they are occupied don't search for other coach toilets. Chances are that the doors are stuck and no one would have occupied them :) Few coaches of one of Mail's rake have this problem for long time which has never been rectified till date.

Gourav Sharma 284 blog postsTraveled in this train around three years back from mas to sbc. It departed right time from mas, and arrived 20-30 mins before at sbc. through out the journey the speed of this train was awesome and at that time, the ac coaches as well as sleeper were well cleaned
