If there is No Paneer in Matar Paneer. Then, They don't have any Right to Call it as Matar Paneer to Fool Passengers.
You can rate the train for various parameters on Train page.
Once I have travelled in this train ,,but that was in ICF avatar.
And seeing your feedback , i feel like ICF coaches were way more brilliant than these LHB maintenance standards.
In older ICF coaches , the cleanliness was awesome , Punctuality and speed is same but food and comfort was good.
Food was hot and crispy.

I have also travelled in its ICF avatar in May 2013. At that time, it was awesome and well maintained. But now after its LHB conversion, this train has degraded horribly.
Using Rake of SWR LHB Rajdhani Rake inspite being an NR train whole coaches are of SW Marked Like EOG's 1st Tier AC Coach 2nd Tier AC Coach 3rd Tier AC Coach and even Pantry Car. Maximum 2013-14 year made Coaches by RCF Kapurthala.
