People who are getting down at CRLM, this train normally stops at CRLM outer to wait for crossing of 12677. Instead of waiting to reach at the station, You can get down and you will get the BMTC bus (For Sarjapur, Agraha, Silk Board etc) right in front (Due to the flyover work, the traffic is diverted).
Now the flyover is open and dont no how much this tip is useful
Carmelaram (CRLM) is not included in the quota bundle of Bangalore stations but falls under PQWL. Hence if you book a WL ticket to CRLM it will fall under Pooled Quota Waiting List (PQWL) which has drastically less chances of confirming. If you want to get more chances of confirming, book a ticket to Banaswadi which is General WL even if you want get down at CRLM.
All sleeper coaches are brand new, BEML make March -2014. Charging points are available in all the seats. I have traveled in S6 from TUP to CRLM
I prefer to disagree. I travelled from CAN to HSRA on 7th September and the rake was having 3 SL coaches which were of 2014 make.
All SL coaches are having Bio Toilets and all are pretty clean & well maintained...
