Mr. Shiv Kumar Mishra when i travel by this its reached Chhapra at 01:30 a.m. where as actual arrival timing is 18:35 that means 7hrs 05mins late. Its pathetic(its starts delaying after Varanasi Drastically).

The Official Indian Railway site shows that the train reach Chhapra at 18:35 but practically its different. Its actually reach at 01:30 a.m. This is my personal experience.

Ek din aapki train late hui to uska Matlab yeh nahi hai Ki roz late hoti hogi aur aap jis date ka bol rahe ho USS din BUI CPR section mein koi dikkat thi aur USS din sari train late hui thi sirf ek Taptiganga Hi nahi aur jis train mein OBHS naa Hi USS train Ki yahi galat ho jayegi destination par pahuchte pahuchte aur yeh koi hamari jimmedari hai Ki hamare aaspas Ki jagah clean rakhe aur aap apni galti Ka jimmedar railway ko thahera rahe hai

I agree. Passengers consider the train compartments as dust bins. Watrr bottles, peanut shells, chocolate wrappers are all thrown in the seating areas instead of dustbins. If this part of train is untidy, its passengers who makes such situations.

st division provides bed sheets in cover so that the same can be used as garbage bags. Passengers tend to throw them under the srats or fold them and keep them in the seat pockets

There is no on board Housekeeping in this train may be reason of dirtiness,you can also condition of the toilet that is not up to the mark. This section is pathetic and this my worst travelling experience.

Its the Duty of the passengers to keep the surrounding clean.But i have seen people throwing garbage here and there in the compartment. Its sounds that i am travelling in general class instead of AC III Tier. Is anyone can explain reason behind this condition in this section.

I travelled twice by this, find pathetic Train. Indian railway mean least Punctual, dirty compartment,dirty platform,dirty waiting hall and dirty sanitation. The main problem in Indian Railway is the Maintainance of their belonging. Hope so condition will improve in near future after so much increase in fare.

Wohi pareshani hai na mishra ji. Ek matra train hai, iss wajah surat ke aas paas basne wala pura bihar-poorvi u.p isi train mein safar karta hai.
Tabhi toh na, jo khud ko VIP samajhte hain, wo iss train mein na safar kare.
