Station Canteen sells hot IDLY / PONGAL / KICHADI at affordable rate than local vendors . for quick purchase come to S4-S5 coach while nearing Chidambaram . Else wait till Villupuram ( VM ) . Reaches VM by 8 AM or before . Scheduled departure is 8.25am . Loco change and water filling done there . Go to S1 coach before reaching villupuram . go towards Guard van side , change the railtracks , numerous options for Breakfast ranging from Local Shops to High rated hotels . Never depend on VM station caters . the most arrogant people who loot ur money by all ways . Previous day Idly / Dosa's will be sold at costlier rates .
All the sleeper coaches have charging points near seats and most are working!!!
