Yesterday this train was having 200+ berths vacant in 3AC class. And as usual delayed by +3 hrs. This train demand is decreasing due to delay, and day time scheduled run. Why no one is accountable, and not taking any action.

East Coast Express must be converted to SF after SCR gets hold of the train, renumber the train from 18645/18646 to 22703/22704. This will help & improve Kolkata-Hyderabad Train travel very much. Currently 12703/04 Falaknuma Express & 12709/10 Simhapuri Express are having RSA. SCR must delink RSA of 12703/04 & 12709/10, extend 12797/98 Venkatadri Express to SC from KCG. Then 12709/10 & 12797/98 can have RSA, making rakes of Venkatadri Express LHB from current ICF.

Even if 12703 goes to SER it can be possible to extend this train till nampally station. And no rsa will be needed. But 18046 can have rsa with 18409 or 12837 or with 12863 easily having a good amount of PM time

According to this Diagram , Pitline 2 of Malda Town Coaching Depot is almost empty now with many vacant slots as Farakka express is sent to Balurghat CDO.
Only rake of 03409/10 Jaipur spl /03417/18 Surat spl is maintained now in this pit that too in a single 7-12 hours slot as both trains are heavily late. So only 1 PM slot is used now after extension of Farakka Express.
